I'm probably a harsher critic than most but when Gubalari is producing them selves out as a fancy restaurant then I'll judge them as a single. The art during the dining place was pretty interesting though loud and table setting/provider throughout was immaculate. Servers were accommodating and courses arrived out at an excellent speed. I had been full at the conclusion of my five system meal. Having said that the foodstuff wasn't at the same fantastic stage in my view. Dishes had been inconsistent and parts frequently did not enhance each other. The fish was cooked wonderfully however the lamb was tough and unevenly salted.
This was not only the very best food we experienced in Trondheim, nor was it just the most effective food we experienced in Norway, this expertise reminded us of the Pleasure a wonderful meal can provide. Foods prepared with these types of care and creativity that you do not know when again in your daily life you may be fortuitous ample to flavor it. We've eaten at a lot of spots from meals stalls to Michelin restaurants and I can't recall the last time I felt so content and surprised by a dish. Anything we ordered was so contemporary, with Every ingredient from the dish working so properly alongside one another.
Fully overpriced restaurant with particularly sluggish support placed on the cozy Sunny facet 'Solsiden' in Trondheim. Purchased fish and chips plus a pint of draught beer.
Very nice and cosy bistro serving fantastic food and pleasant wines. Can really recommend the Tatar and all of the fish dishes!
Some dilemma with the provider mainly because it looked that there wasn't more than enough workers on the ground. All details for the sous chef who was sending attractive dishes out by himself. Man can be a beast. Many thanks!
